With Directo al Plato, the new range of the NÓS brand, we want to expand Iberconsa’s leadership in seafood with innovative products for a rich and healthy diet.
Without flavor enhancers, and with Mediterranean inpiration, we bet on recipes that contain all the necessary nutrients — fish, pasta or rice, vegetables… —for a rich and healthy dish. In 5-6 minutes in the microwave without prior defrosting, we combine the quality of a homemade recipe with the convenience of enjoying it anywhere.
Fusilli with Wild Prawn in Fine Herb Sauce, Biscayan Hake with Rice, Marinera Hake with Rice and Linguine with Wild Prawn with Fine Herbs, are the 4 recipes that will soon be available in the frozen food store.
The dishes are based on seafood, a category that we have led for 40 years. “We apply our expertise to the elaboration of each dish, guaranteeing the highest quality, by controlling the main product throughout the entire production chain”, comments Gonzalo López, director of Iberconsa Seafood Processing, our new factory in Vigo where NOS Directo al Plato is made .
Futhermore, by having control over the entire process, there is the possibility of creating and customizing different products, according to market needs.
The new NÓS range is vacuum packed with TRAY SKIN technology, following the highest quality and food safety standards. In addition, it is committed to caring for the environment, using 80% recycled and 100% recyclable material.
In the future, the range will be expanded by creating new dishes with salmon or cod as a base, along with the creation of specific recipes for partners.
